Steam-Pro Restoration & Carpet Cleaning is run by Bundo Inc. This page shows you what our website collects and how to turn off the parts you don’t want. It is also our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" page.
Your cookie settings
You have loaded the Cookie Policy without javascript support. On AMP, you can use the manage consent button on the bottom of the page.
To opt out, open your settings and choose Deny. Your choice is saved in this browser on this device. If you clear your cookies or switch browsers or devices, set it again.
What our website collects
- Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit): the pages you visit, how you found us, your general location, and your device and browser type.
- Google Ads: whether you came from one of our ads and whether you then sent a form or called us. With advertising cookies on, Google may also show you our ads later on other websites.
- Google call tracking: if you came from one of our Google ads, you may see a Google forwarding number instead of our main number. Calls to it ring straight through to us. Google records the call’s start and end time, its length and your area code, and tells us the call came from an ad.
- Meta (Facebook) pixel: that a page was viewed. It never gets what you type into our forms, and it only loads if you accept it.
- Your form requests: what you send through our forms goes to us by email and is stored in our website database. If you came from an ad and you accept marketing cookies, we may save which ad it was with your request.
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks our forms for bots.
What’s on by default
- Most of the United States: Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are on until you turn them off. The Meta pixel stays off unless you accept it.
- California, the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland: analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you say yes.
The tools the website needs to work, like remembering your cookie choice and the spam check on our forms, always run.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor GPC for everyone, wherever you live. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it the same as choosing Deny. Some browsers, such as Brave and DuckDuckGo, send GPC automatically. Others offer it as a setting or an extension.
Do we sell your information?
We don’t sell your personal information for money, and we don’t sell or rent customer lists. When Google or Meta cookies run on our site, those companies collect information about your visit. Some state laws may call that a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can stop it at any time with the settings above or with GPC.
Turning off cookies doesn’t affect our text messages. To stop texts from us, reply STOP to any message.
Other privacy requests
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you,
- correct it,
- delete it (some records we must keep by law or for your job file), or
- give you a copy.
Contact us:
Tell us what you’re asking for. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it. If we say no, you can appeal by contacting us and saying you’re appealing.
For the full details, read our Privacy Policy (Section 8).
